Wall Drying – Electromagnetic Polarity Inverter Device IPE for Wall Humidity Control ATE LC15 Black
Electromagnetic Polarity Inverter IPE for Humidity Control ATE LC15

Wall drying is an essential method for treating humidity issues, and the ATE LC15 electromagnetic polarity inverter offers an innovative and effective solution. Rising damp is a physical phenomenon where ground moisture rises through walls, affecting all porous materials in contact with the earth. To stop this phenomenon, the cause must be addressed, and the ATE LC15 serves as an optimal solution.

Electronic Wall Drying: An Innovative and Effective Solution Against Humidity.

Wall drying is part of humidity treatments. Rising damp is a physical phenomenon where moisture from the ground rises through walls. This is a humidity issue affecting all porous materials in contact with the earth. Water in the ground contacts masonry that lacks a capillary break. To stop rising damp, the root cause must be eliminated.

Every wall naturally generates an electrical potential difference from the ground, which propagates humidity. Water then rises through the wall’s pores, maintaining the potential difference.

The ATE LC15 electronic drying unit creates an opposite electric current in the wall. Drying of damp walls (and even preventive drying) is achieved with an electronic unit placed directly on the wall: the drying control unit.

The unit emits low electrical pulses through the wall toward the ground, reversing the polarity of existing electromagnetic fields in the wall and driving water downward.

Electronic wall drying is a primary solution for combating humidity in walls due to rising damp (when ground moisture climbs up walls) or lateral seepage from hydrostatic pressure. It offers several benefits:

-Wall drying does not damage the walls: no vibrations or drilling.

-Faster drying process.

-Treats the root of the problem.

-Suitable for old or fragile walls.

-Effective.

What is the Purpose of Our Electromagnetic Polarity Inverter ATE LC15 Dehumidifier?

Our ATE LC30 electromagnetic polarity inverter is the solution to humidity issues in your home. It dries walls by reducing rising damp.

How Does Our Electromagnetic Polarity Inverter ATE LC15 Dehumidifier Work?

Our ATE LC15 inverter emits a very low-frequency electromagnetic field, altering water molecule orientation. These molecules then descend by gravity into the foundations, carrying with them salts that cause efflorescence and humidity stains. Wall drying then occurs through natural evaporation.

The unit can be mounted easily in the damp area without interfering with masonry.

Results: Your walls will dry within 18 to 24 months (depending on building specifics and adherence to recommendations*).

Our Recommendations:

SETTING UP THE ELECTROMAGNETIC POLARITY INVERTER ATE LC15:
The device must be placed at least 1.5m away from any electrical or electronic device.
Installation height should be between 30cm and 1m from the ground.
Mount the device on the wall like a picture frame.
The device must not be moved.
Install directly on a load-bearing wall or partition wall (not on drywall).
Measure the home dimensions (especially the largest diagonal) to determine if a STOP ONE device’s effective diameter covers the entire building.
The ATE LC15 electromagnetic polarity inverter must remain connected, but it has extremely low power consumption (only 0.75W, costing approximately €15 per year).
REMOVING PLASTER OR FILM-FORMING COATINGS

It is recommended to remove the bottom of wall coverings during the drying period, about 10 cm above the damaged area, to allow the walls to breathe.

HOME VENTILATION

Proper air circulation is essential as drying occurs partly through evaporation. Therefore, it’s crucial to ventilate, install adequate ventilation in your home, and ensure doors and windows meet standards (door gaps of at least 1.5cm in dry rooms and 2cm in damp rooms).

RESTORATION OF PLASTER AND PAINT

Once walls are dry, salts that attract moisture have migrated to the surface. It is crucial to brush them off to remove most of them. For optimal wall drying, not only should walls be dry and healthy, but mineral salts must be prevented from rising into the plaster. We recommend refurbishing your facade plaster with lime and an anti-hygroscopic salt additive.

INSTALLATION OF A DRAIN

A drain is recommended for lateral seepage. The drainage system collects and removes groundwater before it reaches the foundations.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The factors affecting wall drying speed include wall thickness, composition, and coating, as well as adherence to our recommendations.

This method does not address infiltration, flooding, or mold issues, which must be treated separately.
