Wall Drying – Electromagnetic Polarity Inverter Device IPE for Wall Humidity ATE LC30 White
Electromagnetic Polarity Inverter IPE for Humidity ATE LC30
Wall drying is one of the key methods for humidity treatment, and the ATE LC30 electromagnetic polarity inverter is an innovative and effective solution for this issue. Rising damp is a natural phenomenon where ground moisture travels up through walls, affecting all porous materials in contact with the soil. To stop this process, it’s essential to tackle the root cause, and the ATE LC30 offers an optimal solution.

Electronic Wall Drying: An Innovative and Effective Solution Against Humidity
Wall drying is part of humidity control methods. Rising damp is a physical phenomenon caused by moisture traveling from the ground up into walls. This is a significant humidity issue as all porous materials in contact with the soil are affected. Groundwater rises into the masonry that lacks a capillary barrier, installed during construction, to block moisture. To stop rising damp, the root cause must be eliminated.
Walls naturally generate a difference in electrical potential from the ground, which propagates moisture upwards. Water moves through the wall’s porous material, sustaining this difference in potential.
The ATE LC30 electronic drying system operates by creating an opposite electrical current in the wall. The drying process for damp walls (as well as preventive drying) occurs through a small electronic device installed directly on the wall: the drying system.
The device emits low-level electrical impulses through the wall down to the ground. This reverses the polarity of the electromagnetic fields already present in the wall and drives the water back into the ground.

Usage and Function of Our Electromagnetic Polarity Inverter ATE LC30:
Our ATE LC30 electromagnetic polarity inverter is the solution for humidity issues in your home. It dries walls by pushing down rising damp.
How Our Electromagnetic Polarity Inverter ATE LC30 Works:
Our ATE LC30 emits a very low-frequency electromagnetic field, which alters the orientation of water molecules, causing them to fall back into the foundations by gravity, along with some of the salts causing efflorescence and humidity stains. Wall drying then occurs naturally through evaporation.
It can be placed or mounted easily in the humid area without intervening on masonry.
Recommendations:
Installing the Electromagnetic Polarity Inverter ATE LC30:
Must be placed at least 1.50m away from other electronic devices.
Placement height between 30cm and 1m above ground level.
Must be mounted on a load-bearing wall.
The device should not be moved once installed.
Place directly on the main wall, not on plasterboard.
Ensure building dimensions to check that the coverage diameter meets requirements.
The ATE LC30 must stay connected at all times with extremely low consumption (approx. €15/year).
Removing Plaster or Film-Forming Coatings
It’s recommended to remove the lower parts of wall coatings during the drying process to allow walls to breathe.
Ventilating the Home
Ensure good air circulation to facilitate evaporation, with suitable ventilation installed as needed.
Restoring Plaster and Paint
Once dry, brush to remove hygroscopic salts that attract moisture.
Installing a Drain
Recommended if there is lateral infiltration; drainage collects and removes groundwater before it reaches foundations.
Important Note
Factors such as wall thickness, composition, and coating influence drying time. This process does not address infiltration, flood, or mold issues, which must be managed separately.
