This is a humidity issue that affects all porous materials in contact with the soil. Water circulating in the ground comes into contact with masonry that did not receive a capillary barrier during construction. To stop rising damp, the cause must be eliminated.

Principle of the ATE LC30 Electronic Drying Unit.

The ATE LC30 electronic drying unit generates an opposing electric current within the wall. Wall drying (including preventive drying) is achieved through an electronic box placed directly on the wall.

Our Recommendations:

INSTALLING THE ATE LC30 ELECTROMAGNETIC POLARITY INVERTER:
The device must be positioned at least 1.5m from any electrical or electronic device.
Installation height: 30cm to 1m from ground level.
The device must be hung on the wall like a painting.
The device must not be moved after installation.
The device should be placed directly on a load-bearing or partition wall (not on drywall).
